The hotel is well-located near various establishments and restaurants, making it convenient for guests. The spacious rooms generally felt clean and accommodating, although some improvements are needed. The service was attentive and courteous, going the extra mile even before the check-in time. However, the traffic noise was a downside to the otherwise strategic location.
My stay at Fersal Hotel- Kalayaan for a training seminar on customer management and customer care was quite pleasant. The rooms had a certain smell, possibly due to being on the ground level, but they were spacious enough for two. The service was excellent; the staff was friendly, courteous, and very supportive. The location was strategic, ideal for commuting around the city and conveniently surrounded by restaurants and shops. The dining experience was average, with limited options available during breakfast.
